10 day tour on the island of HAWAII

'NOA NOA' the Hawaiian word for Freedom is the inspiration for this tour on The Big Island Hawai'i. Just let go those old patterns and be who you really are. This tour offers the unique possibility to get a new and wider look at life. Maybe it will even open up new ways, new steps on your unique path.
We tour the island Hawaiian style, which means ... very relaxed. Your Unihipili or subconsciousness will receive many new impressions. Therefor we take our time to enjoy the beauty the island has to offer as well as enjoy our own beauty. In Hawaii, the flower that you are easely opens itself, just by being there.

HEALING ISLAND
The Big Island is also named The Healing Island. Many places have been used since ages for their special 'Mana'. Mana is a very refined energy. Each place has its unique Rhythm: the hugh area covered with lava which is the residence of Madam Pele, the goddess of volcanoes, has a totally different effect than for instance the many waterfalls that we'll see. Just being there gives you harmony. We will experience the different energies and what it does to us.

WHAT WILL WE DO?

* Snorkling in the warm open waters of the turquois blue ocean with playful dolphins, giant seaturtles and colorful fishes. You'll never get enough of this.

* Visit sacred places, at least one Heiau, an Hawaiian temple.

* Hike an impressive valley.

* We will take a Pele' bath in a pool that is heated by the volcano.

* Extended visit of the area of the world's most active volcano, the Kilauea: spectacular hike in a gigantic crater; see old petroglyphs; walk through a lavatube where once the glowing lava flowed through.

* Meditations, simple rituals and at the end of the tour a mini vision-quest.

* Stories of life in old Hawaii, the Hawaiian Gods and Goddesses, the Kumulipo - Hawaiian chant of creation, Hawaiian culture and spirituality.

Although all elements of this tour are easy to do and you don't need to be in a top condition, you are required to have a good sense of selfresponsibility. You are invited to join in on all different parts of the tour, however you're always free to take a day off. It is essential for a grouptour to have a reasonable good health. If not, ask for a Hawaiian program especially designed for you.

Our tour starts at the westcoast of The Big Island in Kona, the dry, sunny part of the island. From there we will drive to the north part where the landscape changes more and more into green mountains. The eastcoast brings refreshment by the everlasting tradewinds and beautiful rainforest with its waterfalls. We will stay at Hilo, from where we make several daytrips. Driving along the southcoast we will come back to Kona our startingpoint and have circled the whole island.

This Hawaii tour will be guided by Ke'Ola/Gerda van der Linden. Her love for the Hawaiian islands and their original inhabitants formed the basic for her extended knowlegde of the Hawaiian culture, history and spirituality. She gives trainings in different Hawaiian ways of creating harmony and healing, practizes the traditional Hawaiian Lomilomi massage, gives lectures and rituals in honor of Pele, the Hawaiian Goddess of the volcanoes and occasionaly guides private tours in Hawaii.
She has been organizing tours to Egypt, The Land of the Kathars, New Mexico/Arizona (Hopi, Navajo, Apache, Zuni Indians) and Mystical England.
